The thermocouple principle is based on the variation of the electromotor force according to the temperature.
It can be use of any industrial process working with a temperature of +200°C up to 1800°C.
There are various types of thermocouples depending on the various materials, and each of them are suitable to a specific environment:
- Copper - Constantan
- Iron - Constantan
- Chromel - Alumel
- Nickel chrome- - allied Nickel
- Platinum - rhodium Platinum 10%.
This temperature sensor is conceived to work with a protection well and an electric connecting head .
